Managing Emotions

This workshop provides participants with the tools and strategies to better manage stress and once aware, utilize strategies or minimize or eliminate the effects of anger. Participants will be able to define stress and identify their own stressors, create coping strategies and tools for handling their stress and anger, and finally develop a stress management and anger awareness plan.
